Sessions
Sessions last 50 minutes and I recommend meeting on a weekly basis.
The assessment session
We will use the assessment to talk about the issues you will bring to counselling, your expectations and goals, and any questions you might have. I will also use this time to take you through the counselling agreement, which includes information about confidentiality and details of my ethical code. At the end of the assessment we will decide together whether to make a regular counselling appointment.
Fees
My fee is currently £50 per 50 minute session. There are sometimes concessions available.
